New Franchisees Give Their Community a Helping Hand

We are excited to announce the newest owners of Assisting Hands Home Care: Peter and Megan Brinton. Residents of South Carolina, the Brintons are enthusiastic about the opportunity to give back to their local community.

Who Is Peter Brinton?

With a background in the banking industry, Peter holds an MBA and has a wealth of experience designing and executing processes and procedures as well as managing a team. He has managed teams of up to 70 members, but he considers his family his number one team. Peter and his wife, Megan, are parents to four children, whose ages range from 10 to 17 years.

Why Did Peter Make a Career Change?

While Peter has enjoyed a successful career for many years, he found himself growing frustrated with the corporate world. He wanted a chance to focus on strategy and growth, taking on an enhanced leadership role and building an effective and efficient business. Ultimately, it boiled down to control – control over his time, his flexibility, and his lifestyle.

Peter came to FranCoach hoping to regain control over his schedule, spend more time with his family, and enhance his earning potential. He worked with FranCoach’s founder and CEO, Tim Parmeter, to vet franchise options that aligned with his needs, goals, and expectations.

Why Will Peter Make a Great Franchise Owner?

Throughout the Discovery Process, Tim guided Peter through exploring his desired role as an owner, the culture he wanted in his new business, his day-to-day responsibilities, and so much more. Here is what Tim has to say about why Peter is sure to succeed:

“Like so many of our clients, Peter came to us fed up with working for others. He had spent time in the corporate world, and he knew that he could build a better life for himself and his family by breaking free. Franchise ownership was his pathway to doing exactly that. Seeing Peter’s dedication and diligence throughout this process gives me the utmost confidence that he will thrive as a franchise owner.”

Dan Durney, the Director of Franchise Development at Assisting Hands Home Care, also shared why he is confident the Brintons will make great franchise owners:

“They definitely have a heart for this business from personal experiences, and they have amazing employee management skills which will serve them well.”

Why Did Peter Choose Assisting Hands Home Care?

Assisting Hands Home Care is a company founded on the principle of caring for others in the best possible way, a mission they live into every day through their nationwide team of trained caregivers. The pillars of compassion, dependability, and dignity underscore the work that this brand does providing non-medical, in-home health care to clients hourly or around the clock. Franchisees benefit from the brand’s positioning in the $7 trillion “longevity care” sector and the top-notch support that Assisting Hands provides to its owners.

As Peter vetted a few franchise options, he built an immediate connection with the team at Assisting Hands, especially Director of Franchise Development Dan Durney. Peter has secured territory in the South Carolina suburbs of Charlotte, and he is excited to begin building his new business and making a difference in his community. This is just the beginning of what is sure to be a rewarding and gratifying chapter.

Please join our team at FranCoach in congratulating Peter and Megan Brinton and wishing them luck as new owners of Assisting Hands Home Care.
