Who Is Mark Amway?
A resident of central Pennsylvania, Mark is a veteran entrepreneur. Tapping into his passion for running, he owned a shoe store for 33 years, which he built out to three locations all by himself. After over three decades of running his stores, Mark was ready to retire – so he sold the locations to his sons and primed himself for days of golfing in sunny Florida.
However, it did not take long until Mark realized he was not cut out for retirement. While he loved spending time on the greens and soaking up the sun, he missed the intellectual challenges and problem-solving associated with running a business. Looking for a semi-absentee option that would allow him the perfect balance of retirement relaxation and mental stimulation, Mark reached out to our team at FranCoach.
