Who Is Benjamin Floyd?
Ben lives on a horse farm in Virginia with his wife and son. He has spent the past twenty years working in the IT field, making his way up to executive-level roles in that space. While Ben loves technology and is driven to advance in his career, he still felt that something was missing – he wanted the opportunity to work for himself, on his own terms.

As Ben looked to make a career pivot, he turned to his wife, Casey, whose role as a franchise consultant at FranCoach gave her unique insight into Ben’s situation.
