Who Is Our New Franchisee?
Archadeck recently welcomed a new franchisee with a background in engineering and an MBA from Rice University. His job required frequent, last-minute travel – and with two young children aged just one and five years old, this new franchise owner wanted to spend more time at home with his family.
Why Did He Make a Career Change?
This owner came to FranCoach with the desire to work for himself and regain control over his schedule, his flexibility, and his life. He saw franchise ownership as a clear path toward those goals and a chance to be more present at home with his children and his wife.
