Neighborly’s New Franchise Paints the Town Red

Updated: Mar 9

Neighborly’s New Franchise Paints the Town Red

We are excited to announce the newest owner of Five Star Painting: Quentin Copp. A resident of Florida, Quentin is excited to invest in his financial future with a simple business model that will set him up for success.

Who Is Quentin Copp?

Anyone who knows Quentin will tell you that he is a family man – especially his wife and their two young children. So although Quentin was enjoying his previous job detailing airplanes, he wanted the chance to be part of a company that could be family-oriented rather than just working to make money. He wanted the opportunity to be a leader in his career and set a strong example as a father and as a manager.

Why Did Quentin Make a Career Change?

Quentin’s story is an essential example of the many pathways to franchise ownership – becoming a franchise owner does not require years of wearing a tie to work in the corporate world, nor does it require a college education or a fancy degree.

Like many of our clients at FranCoach, Quentin pursued alternate educational paths and gained relevant experience through leadership positions and hands-on work. His persistence, determination, and drive made it immediately clear that he would be an excellent franchisee.

Quentin saw franchise ownership as an opportunity to both build a strong financial future and gain the training and support he would need to succeed as a franchisee. He knew he wanted to work with a brand that would offer him a strong, supportive network and would be invested in his success as a young go-getter hoping to create a better life for himself and his family. Five Star Painting, one of Neighborly’s home services brands, gave Quentin exactly that.

Why Will Quentin Make a Great Franchise Owner?

Throughout the Discovery Process, Quentin worked with FranCoach’s Lisa Rios to find a franchise that perfectly aligned with his needs, goals, and expectations. Here is what Lisa has to say about why Quentin is sure to succeed:

“The quality that most stands out to me about Quentin is his tenacity. No matter what obstacles come his way, he will not take no for an answer. He truly just keeps working and keeps putting in the effort – and I know that is exactly what he will do as an owner. I have been rooting for Quentin since the start of this process, and I am so happy to see him thrive as an owner of Five Star Painting.”

Why Did Quentin Choose Five Star Painting?

Five Star Painting is one of Neighborly’s nineteen home services opportunities, as a part of this well-recognized multi-brand system, offers unmatched support, systems, and experience. With a highly scalable model, a small footprint, and a flexible schedule for owners, Five Star Painting is an accessible franchise offering with low overhead and tons of potential growth.

Throughout the process, Quentin collaborated with Greg Jones, Five Star Painting’s Director of Franchise Development. Greg was able to provide an inside look at the simple business model and the extensive support offered by Neighborly – and after attending a virtual Meet the Team Day, Quentin confirmed that Five Star Painting was the perfect brand for him.

Please join our team at FranCoach in congratulating Quentin Copp and wishing him luck as a new owner of Five Star Painting.
