Who Is Brian Tallarico?
Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in operations management and has been working for the past ten years with a well-known wholesale retail chain. While Brian loved some aspects of his former job, he felt like it was wearing him down and he was ready to try something else. In his mind, self-employment was the route that would make leaving his existing position worthwhile.
Why Did Brian Make a Career Change?
As Brian began considering options that would allow him to work for himself, he started looking into different franchises. He was actually inspired by a history of family success in the franchising world: His own mother had owned a couple of franchises and had seen such strong results that Brian’s interest was still piqued years later.
Overwhelmed by the sheer number of franchising options, Brian decided to turn to FranCoach in order to get some guidance through the Discovery Process. In Brian’s words, “Do I want to spend my time talking about people’s grass or talking about people’s dogs?” It was a no-brainer, and at the end of the day, Brian’s “decision” didn’t feel like a decision at all. Brian is excited to better his canine community with his new business.
