Who Are Rakhee Gupta and Tom Trischetti?
Rakhee and Tom are residents of Northern California and are excited to shake up their careers. Rakhee has been working in the Silicon Valley tech industry for years, but with the onset of AI (artificial intelligence) and shifts in the workforce, she wanted to ensure that she and Tom still had the chance to build a strong financial future. Tom has a long history in the cannabis industry, and is enthused about embarking on this new chapter with his life partner.
Why Did Rakhee and Tom Make a Career Change?
Rakhee discovered FranCoach through the Franchising 101 Podcast, hosted by FranCoach founder and CEO Tim Parmeter. After listening to a few episodes, she knew it would be beneficial to reach out and work with an expert franchise coach to guide her and Tom through the process of finding their joint business opportunity.
Throughout the Discovery Process, Rakhee and Tom worked with FranCoach’s Katie Lepper, who helped them gain a better understanding of their ideal day-to-day activities as an owner and their goals and priorities with regard to franchise ownership.
