Who Is Will Howard?
A resident of Colorado, Will is a father to two children, aged eight and eleven years. He holds a degree in computer science as well as a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification and worked as an executive consultant before becoming a franchise owner. His role involved helping clients build teams and programs in the field of IT.
Why Did Will Make a Career Change?
Although Will enjoyed some aspects of his corporate position, he wanted a career that was on his own terms – rather than subject to the discretion of his superiors. After doing some digging online, he came to the FranCoach team seeking a bigger say in his future and the chance to determine his own worth. He didn’t want to be beholden to anyone else anymore.
Throughout the Discovery Process, he was incredibly involved and committed. He vetted a diverse group of franchises, giving each one his time and attention to truly determine the right path for him. At the end of the process, D1 Training stood out as the perfect match.
