Soccer Stars Scores With New Franchisee

We are excited to announce the newest owner of Soccer Stars. This franchisee found the perfect match that aligned with both his passion for youth sports and his goals to diversify his financial portfolio.

Who Is Our New Owner?

Soccer Stars recently welcomed a new franchisee with a background in engineering. He had always wanted to run his own business, setting himself up with an exit strategy from the corporate world in the future. As a rental property owner, he understood the benefits of portfolio diversification and saw franchise ownership as another exciting way to do that.

With two young children, this franchisee already had a passion for soccer. He coaches his kids’ teams and he is passionate about youth sports and making a difference in his community. When he discovered that he could own a franchise in that niche, it aligned perfectly with both his business and personal interests.

What Prompted His Career Change?

This owner found FranCoach through the popular Franchising 101 Podcast, and we were able to guide him to an opportunity that lined up with all of his needs, goals, and expectations. Soccer Stars’ newest franchisee will also benefit from the semi-absentee ownership model, allowing him to keep his current job while starting this new business on the side.

The franchisee was able to work with one of our funding partners, FranFund, and use the ROBS (Rollovers as Business Start-Ups) Program to make these goals possible financially. Now, he is a proud owner of two territories in the Raleigh, North Carolina area.

Why Will This New Franchise Owner Excel?

At FranCoach, Founder and CEO Tim Parmeter worked with this new owner to determine the perfect franchise for his day-to-day life. Here’s what Tim has to say about why he is sure to succeed:

“He has a really big passion for making a difference in his community, and he loves youth sports and getting kids involved. That enthusiasm is certain to lend itself to success with Soccer Stars. And of course, he is smart enough to follow the brand’s proven plan, which will allow him to grow his business and thrive. I am excited to see him providing amazing opportunities for kids and giving back to the place he loves.”

What Made Soccer Stars Stand Out?

Soccer Stars is an educational youth soccer franchise that has made a name for itself as a major player in the $19 billion youth sports industry. The company is focused on building confidence in young athletes through fun soccer programs at varying levels of competitiveness that teach the values of teamwork and sportsmanship.

The brand’s newest franchisee enjoyed a relatively simple Discovery Process, as he liked the mission of Soccer Stars from the start and found that it aligned well with his expectations on the business side of the equation. Still, he was open to exploring other options, which helped confirm and solidify that Soccer Stars was the right choice for him.

Throughout the process, the franchisee made strong connections with the Soccer Stars team, including Franchise Operations and Development Leader Wes Graves. He attended a virtual Meet the Team Day, where he felt welcomed into the Soccer Stars family and grew even more excited to kick off his own business.

Please join our team at FranCoach in congratulating Soccer Stars on landing such an incredible new franchisee – we cannot wait to see him succeed.
