Who Is Eric McConaty?
With over fifteen years of military experience, Eric is currently a government employee for the Department of the Army. He loves many aspects of his job, including planning and executing projects and managing a strong, motivated team. However, his job does not leave much time to spend with his wife and two young children – and Eric was determined to find a career path that would allow him the freedom and flexibility he has been craving.
Why Did Eric Make a Career Change?
While investigating different pathways into business ownership, Eric discovered the Franchising 101 Podcast, which is hosted by FranCoach Founder and CEO Tim Parmeter. After enjoying a few episodes of the show, Eric decided to reach out – and that was the beginning of his journey into self-employment.
Tim and Eric worked together throughout FranCoach’s Discovery Process, during which Eric had the chance to hone in on his ideal business model and evaluate multiple franchise opportunities to find the one that best aligned with his values, goals, and skill set.
